Named for a spirit living in a large, steadfast river rock, Baroida Estate consistently produces some of the highest quality coffee out of Papua New Guinea. In addition to meticulous separation for quality control, the Anaerobic fermentation utilized in this lot makes for a bright, creamy coffee that tastes like key lime pie with fresh berries.
