Of those 2 hectares currently in production, 40% are planted with Caturra, 25% Typica, 10% in San Salvador and 25% in Yellow Catimore. Upon arriving at the wet-mill, this coffee is fermented for 36 hours and after washing, it is dried between 8-10 days, depending on the weather conditions.
