In 2005, Jesus Perez Juan began looking for new opportunities to commercialize his micro-lot coffee. Since then, not only has he improved the production system and quality of his coffees, but he has also increased the size of his lots of certified Fair Trade and Organic beans. He has been trained in topics such as: Pest and disease management, Industrial Safety, Fair Trade Criteria, Organic Production Criteria, National Organic Program NOP and the criteria of the European Union, Child Protection, Wet Beneficiation and Honey Water Management.
In search of improving its production system and thereby increasing its production and its quality, going from producing 30 qq parchment when it began in 2000 to planting coffee, where it currently produces 46.00 qq of parchment coffee certified with Fair Trade and Organic.
The plots of the associate are at an altitude of 1700 meters above sea level, this makes a coffee of great height, which has the following varieties of coffee: Caturra, Bourbon, Catui, Green Pache and catimor, has different types of shade that are the following: Chalum, banana, medlar, avocado, gravilea, cypress, Matasano, Persian lemon, Creole lemon, lime and orange.
