  • Red Shed Blend **

**This coffee roasts to order on Tuesday of each week**

The Red Shed in Ship Creek is where it all began. This blend represents everything we love about coffee: fruit tones up front, tons of sweetness, and a smoooooth body. We’ve sourced coffee from Tanzania’s Shilanga washing station for the second year in a row (this time around we’ve got some bigger beans, AA instead of PB) and we sourced a great coffee from Burundi Murago to be its sidekick. Side note – by no means does the Burundi deserve the back seat. This coffee comes from an awesome, privately held woman-owned company called Kalico. This group has washing stations in Kirundo and Muyinga Provinces, where altitudes range from 1650-1700 masl. This coffee is fully washed and then dried on raised African beds.

  • Santa Elena Estate – Costa Rica **

**This coffee roasts to order on Tuesday of each week**

Located in the highlands of Costa Rica’s most famous coffee growing region, Tarrazú, Santa Elena Estate is owned and operated by Luz Marina Trujillo (aka Luzma). Luzma is the original bad ass: she was the first to utilize honey-processing in Costa Rica and is a strong female farmer in an industry still dominated by men. Luzma’s coffee is shade grown, hand-picked and sorted for quality at her own mill. Last year Luzma invested in new depulpers and this resulted in higher quality scores (vs last season). So clean and tasty! Santa Elena takes a holistic approach to sustainability, minimizing synthetic inputs and utilizing a closed-loop fertilizing system.

  • Tres Fincas Blend – Colombia**

**This coffee roasts to order on Tuesday of each week**

Our favorite blend of the year is here, bringing with it the brightness and sweetness that’s perfect to enjoy in the sunny weather. This year’s mix include Finca El Paraiso and Cafe La Sierrita (returning favorites), together with a new microlot – Finca La Miguela. You’ll find tons of citrus and nectarine in the front of the cup, followed by caramel and a marshmallow sweetness. This coffee has bright and rounded acidity, and tastes great brewed hot or over ice. These coffees were sourced from our partners at The Coffee Quest Imports. Cheers!
