ICED COFFEE, CLASSIC COLD BREW & NITRO INFUSED: What’s the Difference?
ICED COFFEE
The original way to prepare cold coffee, brewed, hot coffee is chilled and served over ice.
COLD BREW
Cold brew is made by steeping coarse-ground coffee in room temperature water for 12-24 hours. This slow steeping creates a delicious, rich concentrate that is less acidic than hot coffee and pairs perfectly with milk. The sweet and smooth result gives cold brew more flavor and less of a bitter taste.
NITRO COLD BREW
Nitro cold brew begins with the production of cold brew and then canned or kegged. In the canning process, nitrogen is infused into the cold brew. When the cold brew is poured from the keg tap, it is charged with nitrogen. Nitrogen infused cold brew is rich and smooth with a rich head of foam, similar to a draught beer.
